Great app problem with support

I have this app for some time now and I like it very much. The quality is quite good. There is some interface problems with focus and exposure and the swipe between photo and video option. Beside that the location services working inside the app and not showed at the photo app. I wrote the support but there is no answer. Likewise I didnt see any update lately.
